Ingredients
- 1 ea. Chef’s Line® Peanut Butter Toffee Bar
- 0.5 oz. Monarch® Peanut Butter
- 0.5 oz. Monarch Caramel Topping
- 2 oz. Monarch Sliced Sweet Plantains
- 0.5 oz. Glenview Farms® Whipped Topping
- As needed Patuxent Farms® Applewood Smoked Bacon
Preparation
- On a plate of choice, spread a swoosh of peanut butter first.
- Place the peanut butter toffee bar on top of the peanut butter.
- Place the caramelized plantains on top of the peanut butter toffee bar.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the plantains and plate.
- Top with whipped topping and garnish with crumbled bacon.
