Ingredients

  • 1 ea. Chef’s Line® Peanut Butter Toffee Bar
  • 0.5 oz. Monarch® Peanut Butter
  • 0.5 oz. Monarch Caramel Topping
  • 2 oz. Monarch Sliced Sweet Plantains
  • 0.5 oz. Glenview Farms® Whipped Topping
  • As needed Patuxent Farms® Applewood Smoked Bacon

Preparation

  1. On a plate of choice, spread a swoosh of peanut butter first.
  2. Place the peanut butter toffee bar on top of the peanut butter.
  3. Place the caramelized plantains on top of the peanut butter toffee bar.
  4. Drizzle caramel sauce over the plantains and plate.
  5. Top with whipped topping and garnish with crumbled bacon.
