Ingredients

  • 3 ea. del Pasado® Tortillas, 1 ea per taco
  • 2 oz. Monarch® Chipotle Mayo
  • 2 oz. del Pasado Fire Roasted Tomatillo Salsa
  • 3 T Monarch Corn and Poblano Relish, 1 T per taco
  • 1 T Cross Valley Farms® Chopped Cilantro
  • 3 oz. Cross Valley Farms Fajita Vegetable Blend, 1 oz. per taco
  • 3 tsp. del Pasado Queso Fresco, 1 tsp. per taco
  • 3 T Enchilada Sauce, 1 T per taco
  • 4 ea. Harbor Banks® Shrimp
  • 2 oz. Harbor Banks Battered Pollock
  • 2 oz. Harbor Banks Calamari

Preparation:

  1. Fry pollock and calamari
  2. Sauté shrimp
  3. Warm tortillas
  4. Assemble tacos
