Spring Flatbread
Ingredients
- 1 ea. Chef's Line® Gluten-Free Sweet Potato Flatbread
- 1/4 c Rykoff Sexton® Caramelized Sliced Onions
- 2 oz. Rykoff Sexton Slow Roasted Tomatoes, oil drained and reserved
- 1/3 c Glenview Farms® Vegan Mozzarella Style Shreds
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Spread reserved tomato oil onto flatbread. Layer on vegan mozzarella style shreds, caramelized onions and chopped slow roasted tomatoes.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
