SPICY BARBECUE CORN RIBS

Ingredients

  • 3 ears Corn
  • 1 T Togarashi
  • 2 T Spicy Mayo
  • 2 T Cotija Cheese
  • 1 T Dry Miso
  • 1 T Chives, chopped
  • 1 ea. Lime, sliced

PREPARATION

Slice cob into strips and fry at 350°F for 3 to 4 minutes. Season with togarashi. Plate them in a high stack. drizzle spicy mayo, cheese. dry miso and garnish with chives. Serve with lime.
