Salt & Pepper Slaw Dog
Ingredients
- 5 oz. Patuxent Farms® Taiwanese-Style Salt & Pepper Popcorn Chicken
- 1 ea. Chef's Line® Banh Mi Baguette
- 2 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Asian-Style Slaw
- 1 oz. Chef's Line Cage Free Mayonnaise
- .5 oz. Monarch® Umami Wing Sauce
- 1 oz. Monarch Toasted Sesame Ginger Dressing
- .5 oz. Chef's Line Korean BBQ Sauce
- Garnish Cross Valley Farms Cilantro Sprigs
- 1 oz. Monarch Pickled Red Onion
PREPARATION
- Lightly toast bread and reserve. Toss slaw vegetables in a bowl with toasted sesame dressing and reserve cold.
- Fry chicken per manufacturer's instructions, drain, then toss while hot in a bowl with Umami Wing Sauce to lightly coat.
- First, spread a layer of mayo on the bread, add chicken, and then the slaw mixture.
- Finally, garnish with cilantro sprigs and pickled red onions.
