Salmon Poké Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Monarch® Brown Rice and Quinoa Blend
  • 3 oz. Harbor Banks® Seared Atlantic Salmon Slices
  • 2 oz. Monarch Toasted Sesame and Ginger Dressing
  • 5 ea. Monarch Edamame
  • 3 ea. Molly's Kitchen® Battered Avocado Slices
  • ¼ tsp. Monarch Sesame Seeds
  • ¼ tsp. Cross Valley Farms® Green Onion, thinly shaved

PREPARATION

  1. Heat Monarch Brown Rice and Quinoa Blend according to packaging directions.
  2. In a bowl, place a mound of rice blend, top with edamame, salmon slices and battered avocado slices.
  3. Drizzle with Toasted Sesame and Ginger Dressing.
  4. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and green onions.
