Salmon Poké Bowl
Ingredients
- 3 oz. Monarch® Brown Rice and Quinoa Blend
- 3 oz. Harbor Banks® Seared Atlantic Salmon Slices
- 2 oz. Monarch Toasted Sesame and Ginger Dressing
- 5 ea. Monarch Edamame
- 3 ea. Molly's Kitchen® Battered Avocado Slices
- ¼ tsp. Monarch Sesame Seeds
- ¼ tsp. Cross Valley Farms® Green Onion, thinly shaved
PREPARATION
- Heat Monarch Brown Rice and Quinoa Blend according to packaging directions.
- In a bowl, place a mound of rice blend, top with edamame, salmon slices and battered avocado slices.
- Drizzle with Toasted Sesame and Ginger Dressing.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and green onions.
