Roasted Sriracha Honey Multi-Color Carrots

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Rykoff Sexton® Multi-Color Carrot Blend
  • 0.5 oz. Monarch® Sriracha Hot Honey
  • 1/2 lemon Lemon juice
  • 1 oz. Glenview Farms® European-Style Unsalted Butter
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In a non-stick oven-proof sauté pan, melt butter and sauté carrots for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Drizzle with hot honey and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
  4. Then roast in oven for 8-10 minutes until slightly caramelized. 
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
