Plant-Based* Pork Gyros
Ingredients
- 6 oz. Molly's Kitchen® Plant-Based* Pork Strips
- 1 oz. Red Onion, julienne
- 2 oz. English Cucumber, sliced
- 3 oz. Chef's Line® Tzatziki Sauce
- 1 tsp. Fresh Dill
- 2 oz. Tomato, sliced
- 2 ea. Hilltop Hearth® Pita Bread
PREPARATION
- In a sauté pan or flattop grill, sauté pork strips until lightly browned.
- Remove from heat and add dill.
- Heat pita on flattop grill, and lay in pork strips.
- Top with sliced cucumber, onions, tomato and tzatziki.
