Kimchi Fried Rice Plate
Ingredients
- 6 oz. Chef's Line® Kimchi Fried Rice
- 1 ea. Glenview Farms® Grade A Cage-Free Large Egg
- 4 oz. Patuxent Farms® Taiwanese-Style Salt & Pepper Popcorn Chicken
- 4 oz. Chef's Line All Natural* Beef Bulgogi
- Garnish Cross Valley Farms® Green Onion
- Garnish Monarch® Sesame Seeds (toasted)
- Garnish Sesame seeds (toasted)
- As needed Pacific Jade® Sesame Oil
- As needed Rykoff Sexton® Rice Bran Oil
PREPARATION
- Over medium-high heat, add a little bit of rice bran oil.
- Then over hot heat, cook kimchi fried rice per manufacturer's instructions. Reserve, and hold hot.
- Fry egg sunny-side-up and reserve for garnish.
- In a bowl, add cooked kimchi fried rice, then top with choice of chicken or All Natural* Beef Bulgogi.
- Garnish with a few drops of sesame oil, fried egg, scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
