Kimchi Fried Rice Plate

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Chef's Line® Kimchi Fried Rice
  • 1 ea. Glenview Farms® Grade A Cage-Free Large Egg
  • 4 oz. Patuxent Farms® Taiwanese-Style Salt & Pepper Popcorn Chicken
  • 4 oz. Chef's Line All Natural* Beef Bulgogi
  • Garnish Cross Valley Farms® Green Onion
  • Garnish Monarch® Sesame Seeds (toasted)
  • Garnish Sesame seeds (toasted)
  • As needed Pacific Jade® Sesame Oil
  • As needed Rykoff Sexton® Rice Bran Oil

PREPARATION

  1. Over medium-high heat, add a little bit of rice bran oil.
  2. Then over hot heat, cook kimchi fried rice per manufacturer's instructions. Reserve, and hold hot.
  3. Fry egg sunny-side-up and reserve for garnish.
  4. In a bowl, add cooked kimchi fried rice, then top with choice of chicken or All Natural* Beef Bulgogi.
  5. Garnish with a few drops of sesame oil, fried egg, scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
