Gochujang Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Chef's Line® Gluten Free Chicken
  • 1 oz. Monarch® Gochujang Wing Sauce
  • 1 oz. Glenview Farms® Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Superfood Slaw
  • 5 Cross Valley Farms Cilantro Sprigs
  • 2 oz. Cross Valley Farms Chopped Romaine
  • 1 ea. Hilltop Hearth® Tortilla
  • 1 tsp. Juice of Lime
  • 1 oz. Sliced Cucumber

PREPARATION

  1. Fry chicken to 165°F.
  2. Combine Superfood Slaw, romaine, garlic aioli, wing sauce, cilantro and lime juice.
  3. Place salad mix on tortilla and top with cucumbers and chicken.
  4. Fold up sides and roll into a wrap, pick and cut in half for service.
