Gochujang Chicken Sliders

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Patuxent Farms® Biscuit Breaded Chicken
  • 2 oz. Monarch® Gochujang Wing Sauce
  • 2 oz. Monarch Garlic Aioli
  • 3 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Superfood Slaw
  • 3 ea. Hilltop Hearth® Slider Bun
  • 3 ea. Sliced Cucumber

PREPARATION

  1. Fry chicken to 165°F and toss in Gochujang Wing Sauce.
  2. Toast slider buns.
  3. Toss Superfoods Slaw with garlic aioli.
  4. Place 1 chicken chunk on the bottom of each bun, then cucumber and Superfood Slaw, place top bun and pick for service.
