Gochujang Chicken Sliders
Ingredients
- 3 oz. Patuxent Farms® Biscuit Breaded Chicken
- 2 oz. Monarch® Gochujang Wing Sauce
- 2 oz. Monarch Garlic Aioli
- 3 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Superfood Slaw
- 3 ea. Hilltop Hearth® Slider Bun
- 3 ea. Sliced Cucumber
PREPARATION
- Fry chicken to 165°F and toss in Gochujang Wing Sauce.
- Toast slider buns.
- Toss Superfoods Slaw with garlic aioli.
- Place 1 chicken chunk on the bottom of each bun, then cucumber and Superfood Slaw, place top bun and pick for service.
