Gochujang Chicken Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Patuxent Farms® Biscuit Breaded Chicken
- 3 oz. Monarch® Gochujang Wing Sauce
- 0.5 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Green Onions
- 6 oz. Molly's Kitchen® Beer Mac and Cheese
- 1 tsp. Monarch Sesame Seeds
PREPARATION
- Heat mac and cheese to specifications.
- Fry chicken to 165°F, toss with 2 oz. Gochujang Wing Sauce and top mac and cheese.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
