Gochujang Chicken Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Patuxent Farms® Biscuit Breaded Chicken
  • 3 oz. Monarch® Gochujang Wing Sauce
  • 0.5 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Green Onions
  • 6 oz. Molly's Kitchen® Beer Mac and Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Monarch Sesame Seeds

PREPARATION

  1. Heat mac and cheese to specifications.
  2. Fry chicken to 165°F, toss with 2 oz. Gochujang Wing Sauce and top mac and cheese.
  3. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
