Gnocchi and Spinach Soup
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Minced garlic
- 1 oz. Diced yellow onion
- 1 oz. Oil
- 10 oz. Vegetable broth
- 2 oz. Fresh baby spinach
- 4 oz. Chef’s Line® Italian Asiago Stuffed Gnocchi
- Optimax® Frying Shortening
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add 10 oz. vegetable broth.
- Add spinach for the final minute. Set aside.
- Heat sauté pan and add 1 oz oil. Add 4 oz. Chef’s Line Gnocchi. Toss until golden brown.
- Add gnocchi to soup.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
