Gluten Free Garlic Parm Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 ea. Chef's Line® Gluten Free Crust
  • 4 oz. Monarch® Wing Sauce
  • 6 oz. Roseli® Four Cheese Blend
  • 2 oz. Rykoff Sexton® Caramelized Onion
  • 2 oz. Rykoff Sexton Roasted Tomatoes
  • 1 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Arugula
  • 4 oz. Chef's Line® Gluten Free Chicken

PREPARATION

  1. Fry chicken to 165°F.
  2. Apply sauce to pizza crust.
  3. Top with cheese, onions and tomatoes.
  4. Bake at 425°F for 4 to 6 minutes.
  5. Top with chicken and arugula, and drizzle remaining sauce over the top.
