Gluten Free Garlic Parm Chicken Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 ea. Chef's Line® Gluten Free Crust
- 4 oz. Monarch® Wing Sauce
- 6 oz. Roseli® Four Cheese Blend
- 2 oz. Rykoff Sexton® Caramelized Onion
- 2 oz. Rykoff Sexton Roasted Tomatoes
- 1 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Arugula
- 4 oz. Chef's Line® Gluten Free Chicken
PREPARATION
- Fry chicken to 165°F.
- Apply sauce to pizza crust.
- Top with cheese, onions and tomatoes.
- Bake at 425°F for 4 to 6 minutes.
- Top with chicken and arugula, and drizzle remaining sauce over the top.
