Crispy Potato Canapes with Prosciutto & Herby Garlic Cheese
Ingredients
- 5 slices Monarch® Thick-Sliced Wavy Fries
- 5 T Garlic and Herb Cheese Spread
- 5 slices Roseli® Prosciutto, Shaved
- 1 tsp. Roseli Balsamic Glaze
- Garnish Micro Greens of Choice
- 1 ea. Monarch® Pastry Bag
PREPARATION
- Whip Cheese Spread and place into piping bag.
- Shave Prosciutto.
- Fry Wavy Fries according to package instructions. Remove from fryer and place onto quarter sheet pan.
- Top Potatoes with Cheese Spread and Shaved Prosciutto, and drizzle with Balsamic Glaze. Garnish with Micro Greens of Choice.
