Crispy Potato Canapes with Prosciutto & Herby Garlic Cheese

Ingredients

  • 5 slices Monarch® Thick-Sliced Wavy Fries
  • 5 T Garlic and Herb Cheese Spread
  • 5 slices Roseli® Prosciutto, Shaved
  • 1 tsp. Roseli Balsamic Glaze
  • Garnish Micro Greens of Choice
  • 1 ea. Monarch® Pastry Bag

PREPARATION

  1. Whip Cheese Spread and place into piping bag. 
  2. Shave Prosciutto.  
  3. Fry Wavy Fries according to package instructions. Remove from fryer and place onto quarter sheet pan. 
  4. Top Potatoes with Cheese Spread and Shaved Prosciutto, and drizzle with Balsamic Glaze. Garnish with Micro Greens of Choice.
