Crispy Garlic Parm Chicken Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Patuxent Farms® Biscuit Breaded Chicken Chunks
- 2 oz. Monarch® Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce
- 2 oz. Monarch Caesar Dressing
- 6 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Chopped Romaine
- 2 oz. Rykoff Sexton® Roasted Tomatoes
- 1 oz. Roseli® Shredded Parmesan
PREPARATION
- Fry chicken for 5 to 7 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Toss romaine with Caesar dressing.
- Toss chicken in Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce.
- Plate romaine and top with chicken, parmesan and tomatoes.
