Corn Pico De Gallo Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 box Monarch® Corn Muffin Mix
  • 5 c Water
  • 3 c Chef’s Line® Corn Pico de Gallo

Preparation

  1. Mix 1 box of Corn Muffin Mix with 5 cups of water.
  2. Fold in 3 cups of Corn Pico De Gallo. 
  3. Pour into a pre-heated cast iron pan and bake at 400 degrees F for 22-28 minutes.
