This Harbor Banks® White Shrimp is an incredibly versatile item that can be prepared a variety of ways. This shrimp is meticulously peeled and deveined with the tail-on and is easy to prepare. Frozen with no phosphates added, these imported shrimp from India or Ecuador are great boiled, sauteed, baked, stuffed, grilled, battered, fried and more for a wide range of both hot and cold dishes from shrimp cocktails to surf and turf entrées. Subject to rigorous industry requirements, these shrimp are a high-quality, cost-effective item for your operation. Use these shrimp in any dining setting from fine dining to mid-scale restaurants to banquets and catering to institutional settings, such as hotels and hospitals.

Preparation Instructions

  • Keep shrimp frozen until ready to use. Follow all recommended thawing instructions. Once thawed, shrimp should be kept refrigerated (40°F or below) until ready to use and cooked within 3 days. Product requires cooking to an internal temperature of 145°F prior to consumption. Do not refreeze.
