Preparation Instructions

  • Oven: Preheat to 425°F, in a single layer, bake breaded mussels for 12-15 minutes or until 155°F internally
  • Air fry: Set fryer to 400°F, arrange breaded mussels in a single layer. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until 155°F internally
  • Convection oven: Preheat oven to 400°F, in a single layer, bake breaded mussels for 12-15 minutes or until 155°F internally
  • Deep fry: 350°F for 2 minutes or until 155°F internally
  • For all cooking methods, let rest for 3-4 minutes before serving
