- Oven: Preheat to 425°F, in a single layer, bake breaded mussels for 12-15 minutes or until 155°F internally
- Air fry: Set fryer to 400°F, arrange breaded mussels in a single layer. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until 155°F internally
- Convection oven: Preheat oven to 400°F, in a single layer, bake breaded mussels for 12-15 minutes or until 155°F internally
- Deep fry: 350°F for 2 minutes or until 155°F internally
- For all cooking methods, let rest for 3-4 minutes before serving
