Preparation Instructions

  • Appliances vary; these instructions are guidelines only. If reheating, reach a minimum internal temperature of 145°F; reheat times may vary. Must be reheated in accordance with food code and/or state and local requirements
  • Convection oven: preheat oven to 350°F, medium fan speed. Spray sheet pan with pan release. Remove chicken from packaging and place on sheet pan. Heat for 10-12 minutes
  • Pan sear: remove chicken from packaging, spray pan with pan release. Place chicken on pan and heat at medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Flip chicken every minute
