Our White Bread is also made with three sprouted grains, while our Multigrain Bread includes seven sprouted grains and seeds to add a slightly nutty flavor – including sprouted brown rice, red and white quinoa, sunflower seeds, amaranth, millet and oats. Preparation Instructions

  • Thawing instructions: Store frozen. To defrost, remove bread bags from case so moisture can dissipate as bread thaws. Allow 8-10 hours for bread to thaw before using, or toast bread while frozen
  • Optional: bread may be toasted while frozen if desired
