Preparation Instructions
- Stove Top: Place frozen sliced carrots in ¼ cup boiling water for every cup of carrots. Bring to second boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer until tender (8-10 minutes). Season to taste and serve
- Microwave: Place frozen sliced carrots in a covered microwaveable dish. Add 2 tablespoons of water. Microwave on high 4 to 5 minutes. Stir after first 2 to 3 minutes. Season to taste and serve
- For food safety, cook until a minimum temperature of 165°F is reached
