Product Details

Roseli® Potato Gnocchi are the classic potato-based dumpling. They’re made with premium quality flour with a higher protein content than white flour, which gives better color and bite. These gnocchi come frozen and are quick and easy to prepare; just boil in lightly salted, boiling water for about two minutes. They’re great served traditional-style, topped with Bolognese sauce, served with bread or even deep fried for lunch or dinner as an appetizer, side dish or main entrée.

Preparation Instructions

  • Add frozen gnocchi into boiling, lightly salted water. Cook at a simmer. In about 2 minutes, as the pieces cook, they will float to the top; remove immediately with a slotted spoon. Cook until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for at least 15 seconds. Serve with your favorite sauce, or with plain butter or grated cheese.
