Our Molly’s Kitchen® Crispy Tempura Tofu Bites are a crisp and crunchy versatile addition to any menu, and will change diners' minds on what tofu can taste like. Combining the light flavor of tofu with a classic craveable tempura batter, these delectable bites are great served on their own, delicious served with a dip or tossed in a sauce, or can be used as a plant-forward (and vegan!*) protein option for salads, wraps or bowls. Preparation Instructions
- Cook from frozen. Cook time and temperature may vary with equipment. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Deep-Fry: Preheat fryer to 350°F, fry with basket half full for 2.5-3.5 minutes. Let stand for 2-3 minutes before serving. Bake: Preheat oven to 450°F, bake for 20-25 minutes. Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving.
