How to add @usfoods.com to your safe senders list

To ensure you continue to receive important updates, special offers and other communications from us, please add our email domain (usfoods.com) to your safe senders list. This will help prevent our emails from being mistakenly marked as spam.

Adding a domain to the safe senders list for different email clients varies based on the specific email client you are using. Here are the steps for some of the most popular email clients:

Microsoft Outlook (Desktop Application)

  1. Open Outlook and go to the Home tab.
  2. Click on Junk in the Delete group.
  3. Select Junk Email Options.
  4. Go to the Safe Senders tab.
  5. Click on Add.
  6. Enter the domain (@usfoods.com) you want to add to the safe senders list.
  7. Click OK.

Outlook.com (Web Version)

  1. Sign in to your Outlook.com account.
  2. Click on the gear icon (Settings) at the top right corner, and select View all Outlook settings.
  3. Go to Mail > Junk email.
  4. Under Safe senders and domains, click on Add.
  5. Enter @usfoods.com and press Enter.
  6. Click Save.

Gmail

  1. Sign in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click the gear icon (Settings) at the top right corner, and select See all settings.
  3. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
  4. Click on Create a new filter.
  5. In the From field, enter the domain @usfoods.com.
  6. Click on Create filter.
  7. Check the Never send it to Spam box.
  8. Click on Create filter again.

Yahoo Mail

  1. Sign in to your Yahoo Mail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon (Settings) at the top right corner, and select More Settings.
  3. Go to Filters.
  4. Click on Add new filters.
  5. Give the filter a name.
  6. In the From field, enter the domain @usfoods.com.
  7. Under Then move the message to this folder, select Inbox.
  8. Click Save.

Apple Mail (Mac)

  1. Open Mail and go to Mail > Preferences.
  2. Click on the Rules tab.
  3. Click Add Rule.
  4. Set the condition to From, and enter the domain @usfoods.com.
  5. Under Perform the following actions, select Move Message to Inbox.
  6. Click OK.

Thunderbird

  1. Open Thunderbird.
  2. Go to Tools > Message Filters.
  3. Click New to create a new filter.
  4. Name the filter.
  5. Set the condition to From, and enter the domain @usfoods.com.
  6. Set the action to Move Message to, and select Inbox.
  7. Click OK.

Android Email App
The process may vary slightly depending on the app, but generally:

  1. Open the email app and go to Settings.
  2. Look for Spam settings or Safe senders.
  3. Add the domain @usfoods.com to the safe senders list.

iOS Mail App

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Go to Mail.
  3. Tap on Blocked.
  4. Add the domain @usfoods.com to the list of safe senders.

For enterprise or domain-wide settings, such as for Microsoft Exchange or Google Workspace (G Suite), you may need administrator access to add domains to the safe sender lists for all users.


Microsoft Exchange Server (for Admins)

  4. Under Allow lists, add the domain.
  5. Save the changes.

Google Workspace (G Suite) (for Admins)

  1. Open the Google Admin console.
  2. Go to Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > Advanced settings.
  3. In the Spam section, add the domain to the Approved senders list.
  4. Save the changes.
